The terms and conditions stated here relate to the supply of goods from ABC Snooker Billiards & Pool (us, we) to ‘you’ (The person placing the order). By ticking the ‘I Agree box’ you are agreeing to the said terms and conditions set out here.

If you do not accept any of these terms and conditions please do not use our website and do not continue through the checkout procedures or any other process on this site.

You are also agreeing that you are 18 or older. If you are under 18 then you are agreeing that you are accessing this site and using it with parental consent or with the help of a guardian or similar. By completing and submitting an electronic order via our website, you are making an offer to purchase goods. Once payment has been authorised and accepted by ABC Snooker Billiards & Pool you will now have entered into a binding contract.

ABC Snooker Billiards & Pool require that full payment is first made before your order can be accepted. Please note orders will only be completed and dispatched once we have confirmation of authorisation from your payment card issuer.

We will not be liable if there is any delay in this process and we cannot accept your order if payment from the card issuer is refused or is not authorised.

Confirmation of orders will be responded to with a confirmation email to the email address used in the form supplied. This email is only confirmation that your order has been received and this does not constitute acceptance from us.

ABC Snooker Billiards & Pool reserve the right to refuse any order and are not obliged to give reason. We reserve the right to change any price or product without notice.

Pricing and Availability

All information on our website is maintained regularly and we make every effort to ensure this is correct and up-to-date. We cannot be held liable for mistakes or omissions. All goods are offered subject to availability. In the event of a product not being available we will inform you and also suggest, where possible, a suitable replacement or other helpful advice should a suitable replacement or similar be available. ABC Snooker reserve the right to alter prices on products as and when they deem appropriate.

Products listed as 'Discounted products when bought with this item' are only available at the discounted price when bought with the qualifying parent product and are not available as a standalone item and should not be added to your cart for that purpose only. In such cases ABC Snooker will advise you and offer you an option to make any balance payment necessary or to cancel and refund your order in full. Special offers, custom coupon codes and discounts may not be applied to items that already carry a promotion or discount and will only apply to those items being sold with no promotion or special offer on them.

All prices on the ABC Snooker Billiards & Pool website are in GB Pounds Sterling and payment can only be accepted in this format. All prices are inclusive of UK insured carrier delivery for items over £50 unless otherwise stated. Separate quotes will be made available where applicable to postage other than the UK. We try to operate a policy of the price you see is the price you pay. Obviously orders outside the UK will be subject to varying delivery charges dependent upon where they originate.

Every effort will be made to ensure that the goods offered on the site are accurately presented and correctly displayed and priced. We cannot guarantee products will always be available and reserve the right to change any prices, offers, sales or discounts displayed. Goods will be deemed to be sold at the price at the time of buying. Subsequent price changes will not be reflected or result in further payment or a refund dependent on the nature of the price change.

Delivery

When goods are not dispatched within our normal time frames for that product we will endeavor to contact you. At this point you can either choose an alternative, receive a full refund to your card, or taken any other suitable alternative compromise that may be offered subject to both parties agreeing on any new arrangements. You will be sent an email to this effect and will need to reply to it to confirm any changes. We cannot be held liable for late deliveries caused by circumstances outside of our control, from our suppliers, adverse weather conditions and other natural events.

Import duties may result from purchases from non-UK and Non-European countries. Under such circumstances you will be liable for such duties. These include IBAN bank transfers and any possible relating refunds. British forces serving overseas will be given special arrangements.

Goods will be delivered to the address specified in the order process. Delivery will normally be within 2 working days for mainland UK address that are not classed as remote locations or unless otherwise stated for that particular product. Customers outside this areas are responsible fro choosing their correct location from the options available in the drop down menu during the ordering process.

Delivery times stated on for products on the site are an estimate only. ABC Snooker Billiards & Pool cannot be held responsible for any failed delivery due to incorrect information during processing the order by you. Or should goods will not be able to fit into any letterbox or where an address is unattended; or any other reason once the goods have been dispatched.

If upon receipt goods are found to be damaged you should inform us immediately. You should take any delivery notes or other details supplied with the goods for your and our records. It is your responsibility to confirm that what you sign for is what is delivered. Mistakes cannot be rectified afterwards if you sign for goods that are then founds later to have been undelivered or the correct number of parcels or packages etc as shown on any delivery note or accompanying paper work.

Any discrepancies must be noted on the delivery note and it will be your responsibility to notify us via Customer Services within 7 working days from delivery.

You are deemed as the owner of any such goods you have paid for once the goods are dispatched. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods should be conveyed to us as soon as possible after delivery. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk.

Holidays

Where in any of the above there are time limits or similar restrictions in place, we will of course allow for any bank holidays or similar annual holidays such as Christmas and New Years. It does not cover any breaks or holidays the customer may have in place. We would suggest that if you have an urgent order that you first check it can be delivered as and when needed during these busy or times of annual leave.

Returns

We have a 14 days returns policy. You will need to notify us within this time frame and then return the goods to us ensuring that they are returned unopened and as new. When returning you must also attach and include full documentation containing your personal details and your original order number so that the goods can be tracked on their return. All returned goods must be sent by the buyer and be via insured carrier for your own protection and be in the original packaging. You are responsible for the goods until they are returned. Goods found returned in a lesser format will be liable to a charge should any damage then ensue due to poor or shoddy packaging or other damage directly resulting from the method or means used to return said goods.

All goods should be returned directly first hand via a courier and not left for collection where they can be exposed to the elements from water damage, frost, cold, heat or similar. Goods that have been custom made or personalised for your are not returnable.

We are happy to give any advice you need in completing this procedure. You should either ring us or contact us via the contact web page stating clearly what is required. Under no circumstances should goods be returned until we have authorized it and have given instruction on how and where items should be sent. Any failure to follow this procesdure will incur additional costs should we need to apply further carrier costs or man hours to correct any failure to comply.

Returning goods that are faulty to receive a full refund must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received and again must be returned by insured carrier. If you wish to return goods you have a duty to keep them in your possession and to take reasonable care of them until you return them. Please note that our returns policy does not affect your consumer statutory rights.

European orders or orders outside the UK made by IBAN or similar are subject to a £7 flat charge. This fee is paid by the customer not ABC Snooker and you should reflect this in your order at your bank.

Should an IBAN refund be necessary this is subject to a £25 reversal fee.

Any goods being returned to us for any reason should be marked as “returns” or “damaged returns” or “returns for repair” etc so that the courier and customs knows it is not a sale to the UK. In that way you will not be charged for any import duties should they not apply, and in the case of a genuine returns for damaged goods or goods to be repaired etc, then there is no need to have to pay such charges if you correctly mark your goods in such a way. If you do not correctly mark your goods as “damaged”, “returns” etc and import duties occur, then you are liable, not ABC Snooker to pay these charges and they will not be released by the import duties courier until they are paid.

ABC Snooker may at its discretion (unless the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 apply), agrees to accept the return for credit of unwanted products, the goods must be returned with ABC Snooker's prior written agreement within 14 days of delivery. The goods must be unopened and in perfect re-saleable condition. If any items are missing in the original sale we will deduct the costs from the refund due. All goods returned in these circumstances (except where the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 apply) will be subject to a 15% administration and re-stocking fee of ABC Snooker's sale price for the goods.

You will need to allow 4 weeks for domestic (UK) returns to be processed, or 4 to 6 weeks for international returns.

Cancellation

For a full refund, the product needs to be cancelled before the item has been dispatched. Orders need to be cancelled in writing.

Should the product have already been dispatched then you will be responsible for the costs of the delivery and return costs of the product.

If an order has been dispatched and delivered you need to return the goods within seven days and in new condition. Once we receive the product we will then process your refund less any delivery and or return charges we incur.

Any ensuing damage caused in return will be deducted from the value of the goods so it is compulsory that you use a courier with an insured service so you can make a claim with them later if need be.

Damaged Goods

All goods that arrive as damaged must be reported to us within 48 hours of them being received. Failure to report and provide evidence of such damaged goods will invalidate your claim for goods received as damaged. Only with our written consent may they be returned and only after our written instructions on the said procedure that the customer will be advise to follow dependent on the type of goods ordered.

General

ABC Snooker Billiards & Pool will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem relating to goods delivered to you and shall have no liability to pay any compensation other than to refund you the amount paid for the goods upon their return. Please note that nothing contained herein limits any rights you have as a consumer under the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms and conditions creates any right which is enforceable by any person who is not a party to the contract between you and ABC Snooker Billiards & Pool. ABC Snooker Billiards & Pool shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver the goods you have ordered or for any delay, damage or defect to goods delivered caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. If any part of these conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which ABC Snooker Billiards & Pool excludes its liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.

We are happy to give any information or advice that any prospective customer may need before making a purchase.

Any confidential information supplied by you in the form of credit card details, or similar, will be processed securely by a dedicated third party.
