Q. Can I pay by Electronic BACS transfer or by my Bank's Fast Transfer System?
A. Yes, contact us for the required information by email here. You will need to supply a valid Phone number and email address.
Q. I'm at the ABC checkout and clicking on the Terms and Conditions but the window that opens is blank?
A. No problem - Try this link here.
Q. I'm at the ABC checkout but it's asking me to login in to PayPal and I don't have a PayPal account.
A. No problem - just look to the left of the screen, you'll see there's another option. Just click the "Continue" button to pay by a credit or debit card as normal.
Q. I do have a PayPal account but might want to pay by my card instead. What's the difference?
A. Cost wise, none - But if you login to your PayPal account then you won't need to repeat entering all of the credit or debit cards details because PayPal will already have these stored for you.
Q. I'm buying for someone else and am not sure about what cue or case to buy, how do I avoid making a mistake?
A. Ring or email us using the Contact Us link from the top of any web page. We'll be only too pleased to give you some friendly and helpful advice.
Q. How long will my order take to arrive and can I get a special next day delivery?
A. Most items are shipped the same day if we receive order before 11:00 a.m. so typically next day or next working day if the order is received after 11:00 a.m. Specialised items will take longer and are clearly marked as such on the site. If you want a special delivery on any item for a guaranteed next day delivery, just email us or ring and as. We'll quote you for this then. Prices vary, but for a cue, a case, or a cue and case, it's usually an extra £8.50 for a guaranteed next day providing you contact us by 12:00 noon.
Q. What about the postal strikes ?
A. We send by courier so we aren't affected by postal strikes. If there are any postal issues we will always inform you. If you need something to arrive by a certain date or time, let us know.
